We formed Target Search and Selection Ltd in early 2002 having identified a real need within the market place for a high quality and personalised sales recruitment consultancy in the South West. Before working in recruitment we had both had first-hand sales experience; Julie held a number of sales and sales management positions in the Midlands whilst Lisa developed her sales and marketing skills on the management team of a 4 star hotel. It is this combined experience in both sales and recruitment that makes us the leading sales recruitment consultancy in the South West.
