RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT/ PLYMOUTH
We are looking to recruit a highly ambitious, target driven recruitment consultant for work in the Industrial sector. A recruitment or technical/construction sales background would be beneficial.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining a new industrial recruitment desk, maximizing every business opportunity whilst always providing a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates in the Plymouth area.
You will market and interview suitable candidates to assess their skills and requirements in order to match them with your clients’ needs. You will also visit your clients to establish their needs in order to build an ongoing working relationship with them.
You will be highly motivated and determined in your sales ability in order to develop you business with enthusiasm and drive.
A proven track record in sales and ongoing business development is essential.
