Target, Miss Mighty Management and Sara Della Grotta –Nunn have all joined forces and are working closely together in order to utilise their extensive knowledge and involvement in their chosen fields.

Sara Della Grotta-Nunn has a certificate in Training Practice and over 15 years of training experience. She has worked as a Training Consultant for Volkswagen UK and British Airways Air Miles and recently as a Training Manager for Sodexho Healthcare.
Sara is a creative sales, customer service and management training professional, with a range of experience in diverse sectors and leading organisations. She designs and delivers challenging and thought provoking courses, which encourage people to draw on their own experiences as well as use new approaches and techniques. Sara's focus is on how great training helps organisations to perform better and people leave her courses with an understanding of how much difference they can make in their day-to-day decisions and behaviours to meet both individual and organisational needs.
Target will be offering a wide variety of Training Courses/Workshops and Management Consultancy aimed at all levels of business from start up companies to corporate organisations with the additional extra of 1-2-1
The Target team have previously worked in many industries ranging from, Retail, Hospitality, Media and Music, Property and Finance, Tourism and Automotive Industry. Acquiring key skills in setting up companies- cold starts with particular emphasis on strategic management opportunities and cost effective solutions. Now relocated to the South West after spending many years in London working with leading market players from Daiwa, Natwest, Volkswagen, and British Airways Air Miles and recently as a Training Manager for Sodexho Healthcare.
