Telephone Sales Manager Exeter £26K circa basic + OTE 40K+Full corporate benefits
We are seeking a motivational and target driven Telephone Sales Manager to work with a lively and talented outbound B2B sales team. The ideal candidate will currently be working in a similar role where the focus will be coaching, motivating and pushing the team forward to achieve individual and team targets.
Working closely with the marketing team you will plan a sales strategy which will include planning sales campaigns and driving sales leads towards the business development sales executives.
