Do you build strong relationships over the telephone?
We are seeking a pro-active and hard working individual to join a professional sales team based on the outskirts of Plymouth.
The role will involve the developing and strengthening of relationships with an existing and potential client base as well as generating and following up potential business leads and securing appointments with key decision makers.
Researching prospective clients through a variety of resources including trade press, local media, websites, internal databases and other information sources.Contacting prospective clients in order to inform them of the range of services, research their requirements and sell them the benefits of their specialist training services
Developing relationships with existing clients to ensure customer loyalty, increase customer spend and frequency of repeat purchase and provide excellence in customer care.
Booking appointments with decision makers for the consultants to attend.
Meticulously updating and inputting records of all contact made on the contact management package.
